Just FYI - my post is a heck of a lot of frustration. I upgraded from Q2000 to 2003 - a big jump (I guess - Office 2000 to Office XP wasn't nearly so jarring.) I've kinda sorta figured out how to ditch some of what I consider junk, but not other parts of it.

I've been on Quicken almost since the day they released it, and this "upgrade" has me bumfuzzled. NOTHING looks the same, and I find that a huge irritant. It's like they think I'm running some multi-million dollar financial empire from my durn PC, when all I want to do is balance my checkbook, pay my bills online, and track my expenses. Q2000 did that little bit perfectly, and Q2003 is a melange of superfluous junk, with cash flow centers and exports to quicken.com of defunct brokerage accounts, and CONSTANT Register Me! screens even after doing what I consider to be ample frikkin' registration.

And, for the last time, I don't want a Quicken MasterCard!!!!!!!!!!

[sorry -- I think I just hijacked your comments! And it's true about the cookies - all gone...sigh]
