		<description>The guaranteed way to bring home $200 is to start with $1000 and quit once you&#039;ve lost $800. :-)

Seriously, there are no guarentees as you know. My suggestion is to keep using the simulator (I used WinCraps (http://www.cloudcitysoftware.com/), which I highly recommend) until you are very confident in your betting pattern. The last thing you want to happen is to get to a live craps table and get caught up in the excitement and start throwing in proposition bets, if that is not part of your strategy. Have the dicipline to keep to your pattern, and to walk away either when you&#039;ve won enough, or when you are losing. Live to fight another day.

How big a bankroll should you have?  Whatever you are comfortable with losing as the &quot;cost of entertainment.&quot;

Good luck.

		<description>John,

Enjoyed hearing about your trip to the Riverboat. Congrats on your great win! I have been practicing on a computer simulator but have only really tried once on a craps table in Tahoe and once at a video craps machine in San Diego.

I like to play the inside numbers mostly. I also like to play the insides and add the 4 and the 10...I figure it just adds to my chances to win(and a little more risk to lose, but what the heck). I also like Anything But 7.

John, any advice for a gun-shy player like me? I would like to go to the casinos and try to win a couple hundred at craps, but I know that I need a decent bankroll. How much do you think I need to bring to have a decent chance at bringing a couple hundred home in winnings?(playing a grinding style of insides, etc.)

Thanks and keep winning at the tables,

Mike S.
