Toys for a Star Wars Geek
A couple of weeks ago I linked to a couple of videos of a poor kid whose private video of his practicing his Jedi Master fighting skills had made its away across the Internet, getting some special effects added along the way.
After a global hunt for the kid he was finally identified and Andy Baio at waxy.org put up a donation link for the initial purpose of buying him an iPod.
$4,074.80 later and Ghyslain will be getting much more than an iPod.
I’m sure he’s going to be feeling a lot better about that video getting out now.
