Guinness is Good For You

Not that I ever need an excuse to drink Guinness Stout, but Beer drinkers’ Guide to a healthier heart points out that not only is a little beer good for you but the brand makes a difference - and Guinness is the tops!

Mmmmm, Beer. When I’m not drinking home brew beer I’m drinking Guinness or if I want a lighter tasting beer I go for Pilsner Urquel.

I’ve seen the Chipotle Calorie Counter, is there one for beer? If I buy this Super Bowl Beer Basket I’m going to need one!

Guinness IS Good for You!

I’ve known it all along, Guinness is good for you. According to this article, Guinness is lower in carbs, alcohol and calories than almost any other beer on the market. Its also got few carbs and calories than low-fat milk and orange juice!
