Yes fellow Minnesotans, you read that right. Wow. When we built our house in Rochester in 1997 I worked with a guy who worked for Arbor Software in Mountain View and coincidentally he was building a house very comparable to ours. Cept his cost 2.5 times as much.

OUCH! There are a lot of homes in Toronto in that price range that are dumps! It’s ridiculous what some asking prices are. Hmm could be why I still rent!
