John’s Jottings

I suddenly fell off the Google map for search terms I’ve held top position or first page rankings for a long time such as baklava, “catfish noodling”:http://www.johnsjottings.com/archives/2003/04/23/catfish_noodling.html and how to smoke a cigar.

My site was down about 4 days while I was on vacation, I suspect it is related to that outage. Either that or we just had some significant Google changes I haven’t read about.

Too bad because I was generating a lot of traffic with those links and traffic can be good if you know what I mean.
