It Really Is Broken

Have you seen This Is Broken? It’s a weblog that showcases examples of bad design impacting customer experience. Pictures are posted and people comment on exactly how, why or even if something is in fact broken. Usually there is at least one guy who disagrees something is broken because it is obvious to him.

You step off the elevator with your luggage and see this sign. Quick, which way to room 319? I believe one of the commenters correctly diagnosed how they meant the sign to work but it really could be designed better.
