Frogger Beyond Review

by john on March 17, 2006

We are just about done with our basement finish. We finally gave in and bought an Xbox 360 to compliment it. Pretty cool gaming system, but there really are few native 360 games for kids. So I had Connor look at the regular Xbox games that were compatible with the 360 and he chose a couple, one of which was Frogger Beyond

He just got done playing it for the first time. Here is an 8 going on 9 year old’s review:

This game is boring. All you do is jump around and dodge stuff.

Connor – Age (almost) 9.

Don’t know why but I find that pretty funny.

Off to London tomorrow.

I got to your web site via a google search on poker tables design. Enjoyed your article, but was unsucessful on the search. I wanted to see if I could find esoteric info for the somewhat new design of the internal side boards where the dice bounce from. The sides used to be smooth, but now are mogals. The dice results have changed a lot since the transitional design. The rolls simly don’t last as they used to go. I wonder if any casinos still use the old table designs. I am from Connecticut and play at Foxwoods casino. I also like the Windham San Juan and Casino in Isla Verde Puerto Rico. Atlantic City is ugly and full of crime, but Ceasers is a nice casino there. Never been to Las Vegas. I wonder if there is still a casino that still uses the old mechanical slots. They sounded so nice!
